I have signed with an agent. It's a funny story, really, because I had no idea it was happening until they sent the email to make it official.

Just...wow. I'm in shock, and it's still hitting me that, yes, I'm on my way to seeing my books on the shelf (hopefully). This is the first big step in the journey, and one I'm excited to continue on. Hopefully, more good news is on the horizon, but know that it is still a slow business!

With that said, I do hope to get my newsletter started and out there. There will be two places. First, my website will have more personal stories on the publishing industry (how I got an agent, why I got into writing, etc...), while Substack will focus on "how to write."

Once I get everything up and running (I'm shooting for May), then I will announce it here.
